8) Reference frequency. It is the frequency value of the electrical energy meter related characteristics. The unit of Hertz (Hz) is used as a unit. The frequency value of my country's power line is generally 50Hz.
9) Electricity meter constant. It is the constant of the relationship between the electrical energy and the corresponding rotation or pulse number recorded by the power table. The power meter is represented by R (IMP) /kwh, and the powerless meter is represented by R (IMP) /KVARH.
