Encapsulated Transformer
Epoxy resin is inflammable, flame-retardant, self-extinguishing solid insulating material, safe and clean. It is also a solid insulating material with reliable insulation and heat dissipation technology that has been proven for more than 40 years.
3.1 Structural characteristics of epoxy resin dry (potting) transformer
1. All high and low voltage windings are wound with copper strip (foil);
2. All the high and low voltage windings are poured epoxy resin and cured in vacuum to form a high-strength FRP body structure;
3, high and low voltage winding according to the heat dissipation requirements are provided with longitudinal ventilation airway;
4. The inner and outer surfaces of the coil are enhanced by glass fiber mesh cloth;
5, insulation grade F, H;
6, epoxy resin dry (potting) transformer small volume, light weight.
The temperature display controller can be installed on the epoxy dry type (pot-seal) compressor to display and control the operating temperature of the transformer windings to ensure the normal service life of the transformer. The PT100 platinum resistance of the temperature sensor is inserted into the low-voltage winding to obtain the temperature signal. After circuit processing, the temperature of each phase winding is displayed on the control board. It has the function of temperature setting, manual/automatic start and stop fan, send fault, over temperature sound and light signal alarm and over temperature automatic tripping and other functions, with the national regulations of anti-electromagnetic interference ability. At the same time, a smart computer interface is reserved to realize remote control.
Epoxy resin dry (pot-sealed) transformer is equipped with low noise flow fan, which can reduce the winding temperature, improve the load capacity and prolong the life of the transformer after starting. When forced air cooling is used, the rated capacity can be increased by 40-50%.
